HiVolt Electric delivers telecommunications infrastructure solutions designed to support broadband deployment, utility communications, and critical network connectivity. Our Telecommunications Department provides overhead and underground construction, fiber installation, fusion splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing field support with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service. We work closely with utility, municipal, and telecommunications clients to complete projects efficiently, maintain schedule performance, and support the dependable operation of essential communications systems.

Project Controls, Quality, and Closeouts

  • Safety‑first execution (site JSAs/JHAs, MOP compliance, and permit‑to‑work discipline)
  • Quality checks (torque, labeling, photo documentation, as‑built markups, and punch‑list control)
  • Schedule management (multi‑crew coordination, access windows, and outage‑avoidance planning)
  • Owner/GC‑ready deliverables (closeout books, test records, and acceptance sign‑offs)
